Tamworth Pipe Band brings a group of people together, both old and young, who love the stirring sounds of the Scottish Pipes and Drums. These people are given the opportunity – by way of community donations – to learn, practice and perform their craft for the people of Tamworth and represent our city outside the local area, via Festivals and Competitions.
Historically, photographic evidence indicates the band has been active since the early 1900s. That’s over 100 years of Pipes & Drums here in Tamworth!
